The hydraulic cold press plays an important role in the dry compressed air. For now, the cold press mainly has two types: screw type and hydraulic type. When the user uses the cold press, they will be affected by the hydraulic cold press. How to correctly carry out the refueling operation is troublesome, so if the user wants to solve the advantages, reduce the failure rate of the cold press, and extend the service life of the cold press, the hydraulic cold press should be correctly refueled according to the following content.
Place the hydraulic cold-pressed maneuvering arm parallel to the track direction, and stop after turning 45° to the left, extend the bucket cylinder piston rod, retract the bucket cylinder piston rod, and slowly drop the boom to make the bucket Put it on the ground, then turn off the engine, turn on the gas bleed valve of the fuel tank, move the operating handles back and forth, and step on the pedal several times to release the residual pressure of the system caused by its own weight.
Use gasoline to clean all pipe joints, pump and motor joints, oil drain plugs, fuel tank top filler caps and bottom drain plugs and their surroundings. Open the oil valve and the oil drain plug at the bottom of the oil tank, so that all the old oil flows into the oil drum containing the waste oil.
Cold press
Open the oil filler cap of the oil tank of the hydraulic cold press, take out the oil filter element, and check whether the residual oil at the bottom of the oil tank and its sides and corners contains metal powder or other impurities. To clean the fuel tank, first clean it twice with diesel oil, and then dry the inside of the fuel tank with compressed air. Check whether there is any remaining sludge, impurities, etc. at the inner corners, until the cleaning stops, and then flush it with new oil when finishing.
Disassemble each oil pipe. Remove the filter elements of all filters in the system. When replacing the filter element, carefully check the filter element for metal powder or other impurities, so that you can understand the wear status of the parts in the system. Drain the old oil in the main hydraulic pump, reversing motor, and walking motor cavity, and fill it with new oil.
Before operating the cold press machine tool, it is necessary to read the operation manual to understand its performance and correct operation method. The machine must be connected with a firm grounding device before connecting the power supply. The power cord of woodworking cold press machine tool needs to be connected to a power supply with a maintenance switch, and check whether the voltage and frequency of the power supply are appropriate. Before operating the cold press machine tool, you must first confirm whether the working direction of the motor is correct, otherwise, you must change the wiring direction of the power phase wire.
