Jigsaw machine manufacturers explain-the working principle of the automatic high-frequency jigsaw machine!
The automatic high-frequency splicing machine is suitable for the splicing of the middle plates in the production of plywood, and the uneven length of eucalyptus, poplar, and miscellaneous wood can be spliced into the desired size.
The working process of the automatic high-frequency jigsaw machine is:
1. Feeding and conveying:
The length of the material plate cast is not less than 100mm. The width is not less than 1200mm, the thickness is between 1.2mm-3.5mm, and the material plates to be spliced are placed flat on the conveyor belt for transmission.
2, sheet correction:
The conveyor belt conveys the material plates, and first passes the correction device for side correction. Achieve aligning on one side, so that the finished board assembled in this way is based on a aligning edge, and it is easy to align the edges in the plywood production process in the future.
3, front drive:
The calibrated material board is transported to the front drive, which is a bottom-up compression transmission, which flattens the material board.

4. Cutting and control of automatic high frequency jigsaw machine:
After the material plate enters before driving and flattening and conveying, it is detected by the pressure wheel micro switch, the cutting distance is calculated by the rotary encoder, and the pulse signal is transmitted to the PLC (computer), combined with the set cutting on the display text The data executes the cutting program.
The cutting procedure is to cut each one at the front and back. The purpose is to cut the front and back sides of the material board into parallel and even edges for butt joints.
5. Rear drive:
The rear drive is a transmission device that integrates cutting, conveying after cutting, and splicing.
The foremost part of the rear drive is designed as a movable device that can be moved up and down. It will fall flat when receiving and transferring. It will be used for receiving and transferring. It will automatically lift up when receiving and transferring is not required. The purpose is to let the cut waste material fall naturally. It will not be driven after entering to join the board.
6, butt joints:
The neatly cut material board is driven by the rear drive, and the glue photoelectric switch will control the glue claw to lift, and the hot melt glue on the glue claw will touch the cross section of the moving material board.
Synchronization of the glue dispensing on the section of the feeder plate, the fixed pressing wheel under the material plate uniformly presses the thread covered with hot melt glue on the opposite side of the moving material plate, and then is quickly cooled by the copper wheel immersed in water. The glue line is firmly glued to the material board, so that the cut neatly, the material boards of different sizes are connected together.
7, the finished board is cut off:
The spliced boards are connected together to form an infinitely long integral board, which needs to be cut to the required length before being stacked or used.
The whole plate passes through the rear cutter and enters the conveyor belt. There is a photoelectric switch above the conveyor belt. When the photoelectric switch detects the whole plate, it will start and cut off the cutter. Then the whole plate will be cut off. The length of the cut depends on the photoelectric switch. The distance from the cutting knife, the longer the photoelectric switch is from the cutting knife, and the shorter the cut length the closer the photoelectric switch is to the cutting knife. The commonly used length of plywood is generally about 2500mm.
8. Finished product receipt:
The finished boards that have been spliced and cut within the specified size are conveyed to the receiving rack through the conveyor belt. The function of the receiving machine is to automatically stack and arrange the finished boards neatly.
The entire operation process of the automatic high frequency jigsaw machine only needs to be operated by one person. Finished boards, small materials, middle boards, and discarded scraps can all be spliced, which saves cost and labor.
